Diane joined CRV in June 2018 as Human Resources Manager and has over 20 years of human resources experience in the banking, property management and travel industries. Most recently she was focused in talent acquisition.

As Human Resources Manager, Diane is responsible for overseeing recruitment and staffing, learning and development, policy management and implementation, workplace wellness.

She earned her BS degree from Johnson & Wales University in Administrative Management and has also attained her PHR and SHRM-CP designations.

Diane lives in Bristol with her husband Mike and their dog, Sherlock. She is an active volunteer on the Bristol 4th of July Committee. When she is not working she likes to golf, travel, and attend concerts or sporting events. She is an avid Bruce Springsteen, Red Sox, Patriots and PC Men’s basketball fan.
