In some cases, the law requires such disclosure. For example, we are allowed to disclose information about you as necessary for the purpose of processing or servicing transactions at your request or with your authorization. We are also allowed to disclose nonpublic personal financial information about you to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. Who Will Receive This Notice
If more than one person is listed as an insured on a policy, only one notice will be sent. If a customer owns more than one policy or maintains more than one address in our files, several notices may be sent. Please note that any policyholder may request additional copies of this notice at any time. You may also receive similar notices from your insurance companies or other affiliated or non-affiliated third party service providers who maintain a relationship with us. We apologize in advance for any multiple mailings you may receive.
Changes To This Notice
We are required to provide this notice to you on an annual basis and to provide additional notice if we change our policies or procedures relative to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
