Account Manager Personal Insurance
 
(openings in all three offices)

This position prefers a licensed professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in personal insurance account management in an agency environment.  The right candidate will also offer proficiency in up-to-date agency technology, and excellent written and verbal skills.  There may also be an opportunity to offer an entry-level training position in 2016.
 
Our Account Managers have the ability to market and place new and renewal policies.  They collaborate with underwriters to successfully retain business and are able to identify and react to opportunities to insure retention.  We value a team environment where we are encouraged to share experience and knowledge with our team members.
 
A demonstrated ability to effectively manage a personal lines book of business is highly desired and will be appropriately compensated.  We provide technical training (on and off site) and a complete benefits package.

Personal Insurance Sales Associate or Sales Executive

(openings in all three offices)

If you would prefer to focus on new business opportunities, rather than account retention or service, our sales associate position or sales executive position may be for you.  We seek experienced service or sales representatives or insurance account managers with a preference for commission-generating "inside" or “outside” sales.  

Our inside Sales Associates serve as intermediaries between the insurance companies who provide the insurance product and the individuals who purchase it.  We value a consultative business relationship combined with full support from an experienced service staff.  We build long-term relationships by cultivating and exploring the best methods and products for meeting client needs.  We provide leads, a comprehensive product line, full marketing support, licensing and technical training. Our compensation strategy includes a base salary plus immediate new business commissions, and a complete benefits package.

Our outside Sales Executives will be able to identify and reach out to new business channels and make presentations as well as develop strategies using a wide variety of sales and marketing tools and methods.  We offer long term stability, no confined market territories, and the opportunity to grow your income.  We provide leads, a comprehensive product line, full marketing support, licensing and technical training. Our compensation strategy includes a base salary plus immediate new business commissions, and a complete benefits package. 

Commercial Insurance Producer

We are seeking business-to-business sales professionals with appropriate experience in new sales development; a college degree is preferred.  Successful candidates understand that the ability to build and maintain good client relationships requires sound client solutions.  We provide technical training (on and off site), self-study courses, coaching and mentoring.

Our Insurance Producers serve as independent intermediaries between the insurance companies who provide the insurance and the businesses that purchase it.  We value a consultative sales approach with a strong reliance on relationship-focused sales.   Long term relationships with our business clients are based on trust and technical competence – we provide solutions and expertise to our business clients.

We offer long-term stability, unlimited income potential and no confined market territories.  We provide comprehensive marketing support and a compensation strategy to include a base salary, immediate new and renewal commissions, and a complete benefits package.

Account Manager Commercial Insurance

This position requires a licensed professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial account management in an agency environment.  The right candidate will offer strong technical knowledge, proficiency in up-to-date agency technology, and excellent written and verbal skills.

Our Account Managers have the ability to market and place new and renewal policies.  They collaborate with underwriters to successfully retain business and are able to identify and react to opportunities to insure retention.  You will be an integral part of a team together with a Producer, an Account Manager Assistant, a Claims Representative, and marketing staff.  You are encouraged to share your experience and knowledge with your team members.

A demonstrated ability to effectively manage a commercial lines book of business is highly desired and will be appropriately compensated.  We provide technical training (on and off site) and a complete benefits package.
