The information we collect may include your name and address, date of birth, driver's license and social security numbers, place of occupation, mortgagees or lien holders, and the value of your home or certain other scheduled items. This generally is information you have provided to us or it may have been collected from a public record or other source. We also receive information from our insurance companies relative to your policies including policy coverage, premiums, or payment history. We have always collected this information and we do not share it with others except as permitted or required by law. This is true whether you are a former or a current customer.

Information We Share

We are also allowed to disclose nonpublic personal financial information about you to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. We may be required to disclose nonpublic personal financial information to comply with Federal, state or local laws or regulations. We will continue to limit such disclosures to those instances that are permitted or required by law.

We restrict access to personal information about you to those who provide you with our products and services. We require those with access to your nonpublic personal financial information to maintain confidentiality and to utilize any electronic or procedural safeguards we have instituted to protect your records.

Please note that any policyholder may request additional copies of this notice at any time. You may also receive similar notices from your insurance companies or other affiliated or non-affiliated third party service providers who maintain a relationship with us. We apologize in advance for any multiple mailings you may receive.
