As an Senior Account Executive & Quality Control Specialist, Bethany is responsible for general portfolio management including risk assessment, invoicing, billing inquiries and endorsement processing. In addition to managing her book of business, Bethany takes responsibility for updating procedures, auditing processes, and promoting consistency within the Personal Lines department.

Bethany is a graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biology. In her spare time, she loves to go skiing, hiking, and fishing with her husband. Bethany also loves to experience new places and restaurants.
