​Cara is responsible for general portfolio management including risk assessment, policy changes, invoicing, billing inquiries and endorsement processing. She holds the ACSR & AAI designations and has more than 25 years of professional customer service experience. Cara joined Carey, Richmond & Viking April 2014. Prior to insurance she was in mortgage banking for 16 years as an Account Manager and Underwriter.

Cara enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and their children. She enjoys traveling, specifically cruising with her family & friends and enjoys reading mystery and romance books. On sunny Spring and Fall days, Cara loves to take walks with her family and puppy, Vinny. She is a huge supporter of Breast cancer charities in honor of her mother.
