Helena is responsible for general portfolio management including risk assessment, policy changes, invoicing, billing inquiries and endorsement processing. She holds the CISR designation and has more than 30 years of insurance experience. She also speaks fluent in Portuguese.

Helena enjoys watching soccer and football games, especially the New England Patriots. She enjoys the summertime spending time outdoors gardening and reading. She supports to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and to cancer charities. Enjoys being in the company of her husband, her children, their dog Tobie and family/friend gatherings.
