Jennifer is responsible for general account maintenance which includes coverage knowledge, sustaining client relationships, and coordinating policy changes, invoicing, and billing inquiries. She holds the ACSR designation, has more than 10 years of insurance service experience and joined Carey, Richmond & Viking in 2004.

Jennifer loves the summer time; going to the beach, water parks and road trips with the family. She is a big New England Patriots Fan and enjoys spending time with her daughter, especially on shopping day.
