​Karen is responsible for general account maintenance which includes coverage knowledge, sustaining client relationships, coordinating policy changes, invoicing, and billing inquiries. In addition, she is also responsible for marketing and remarketing commercial lines business, risk management and business development. She holds Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Professional Workers’ Compensation Advisors (PWCA), Certified WorkComp Advisor, CWCA, Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations. Karen joined Carey, Richmond & Viking in 2019.

Karen lives in Fall River with her two daughters, enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her family. She is a Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots Fan.
