As an Account Manager, Melanie is responsible for general portfolio management including account renewals, risk assessment, invoicing, billing inquiries and endorsement processing.

Melanie started her insurance carrier in 2019 working as an insurance specialist for MAPFRE Insurance. Prior to insurance, she worked in the hospitality industry where she worked for Holiday Inn Express and AC Hotels by Marriott. She is a graduate from Greenfield Community College with an Associate Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Melanie lives in Fall River with her boyfriend and their cat Abby. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors spending time at the beach, playing tennis, and hiking. She also enjoys watching the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots play.
