As an Account Manager, Melanie is responsible for general portfolio management including account renewals, risk assessment, invoicing, billing inquiries and endorsement processing.

Melanie started her insurance career in 2019 working as an insurance specialist for MAPFRE Insurance. She is a graduate from Greenfield Community College with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors spending time at the beach, playing tennis, and hiking. She also loves anything food-related and experimenting in the kitchen.
