Natalie is responsible for general account maintenance which includes coverage knowledge, sustaining client relationships, and coordinating policy changes, invoicing, and billing inquiries.

Natalie has over 20 years of insurance industry experience, specializing in Power & Utilities accounts. She holds the AIS (Associate in Insurance Services) and AU (Associate in Underwriting) designations, along with multi-state P&C and Surplus Lines broker licenses. Throughout her career, she has managed complex Fortune 500 client portfolios and brings strong client relationship management skills and deep industry knowledge.

Natalie was born in São Miguel, Azores and immigrated to southeastern Massachusetts at age 12. She is passionate about world travel and is on a mission to visit all Seven Modern Wonders of the World—having already experienced the Colosseum, Machu Picchu, and Petra, Jordan. Christ the Redeemer in Brazil is on her upcoming adventure list. When not exploring the world, Natalie enjoys connecting with her Portuguese heritage and spending time with her husband Tony.
