Nicole is responsible for general account maintenance which includes coverage knowledge, sustaining client relationships, and coordinating policy changes, invoicing, and billing inquiries.

Prior to insurance, Nicole was in the banking industry for 20 years specializing in lending and operations management. She enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and their twins, Brenna and Michael. She has two dogs, Faith and Kobe, who provide the family with an abundance of entertainment.

Nicole loves walking, reading, and anything related to history. Her family resides in North Providence.
