As an Account Manager, Olivia is responsible for general portfolio management including risk assessment, invoicing, billing inquiries and endorsement processing. ​


Olivia graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Administration.

She started her career as a Customer Service intern for Allstate insurance and moved up into a Customer Service role and then a licensed Property and Casualty producer prior to joining our team.

She recently moved from CT to Fall River, MA and is getting to know her new area. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, skiing, yoga and camping with friends.
