As a Commercial Insurance, Marine Account Associate, Willem is responsible for growing our Benchmark Marine Program and Marine Insurance Client relations.

Willem graduated from URI with a major in supply chain management. He grew up around boats and started working for Wickford Boat Rentals at 16 where he eventually became an assistant manager and continued up until joining CRV in 2025.

Willem is currently working on getting his 25 ton USCG captains license. In his free time Willem loves to ski and watch football.
